The Lithium-Ion Transition and HelioX Sentinel-Powered WarPower Pack
The WarPower Pack, currently in development by HelioX Semiconductor, Inc., is an autonomous, self-healing, cyber-secure, environmentally adaptive lithium-ion 6T power pack, sourced and manufactured entirely within the United States. Through a non-traditional architectural approach, HelioX Semiconductor eliminates failure points inherent in conventional lithium-ion energy systems, enabling delivery of secure, high-energy-density power assets to the Warfighter.
The WarPower Pack incorporates cell-level diagnostics derived from real-time physical measurement and executed in hardware for microsecond-scale response; MIL-PRF-32565C-compliant autonomous operation; integrated self-healing and energy-resiliency functions; and data-reporting capabilities that support predictive maintenance. By reducing the technical and logistical barriers associated with lithium-ion 6T adoption, and accounting for the Fully Burdened Cost of Batteries, the WarPower Pack is designed to deliver these capabilities at a substantially reduced total cost relative to current lithium-ion 6T systems.
